A name, phone number, or address entered into a search form goes to the third-party provider that supplies its results; our servers do not retain a copy of those searches. If you contact us, we receive the contents of the message and use them to respond.

We link out to county and state records portals, library collections, archives, and third-party search tools. Their privacy policies, not ours, govern what you submit there. That is especially true of the sponsored search results, which a third-party company provides.

How We Protect Your Data
The site runs over an encrypted connection and logs are kept only as long as the purposes above need them. There are no accounts here, so no password or profile of yours exists on this site to be exposed.

The site is meant for adults and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18; if you believe a minor has sent us information, contact us and we will delete it.
Your Privacy Choices
The New Jersey Data Privacy Act, P.L. 2023, c.266, codified at N.J.S.A. 56:8-166.4 et seq., provides access, correction, deletion, portability, and certain opt-out rights for covered private controllers. Because this reference keeps very little visitor data, a request normally concerns only a contact message or available server-log information. Use the Contact page to ask. Public records held by New Jersey, Essex County, or West Orange remain under their respective custodian processes.
